Meet Our CEO and Founder, Duvon Wright

Duvon Wright was born and raised in North Oakland, California, a vibrant community known for its rich cultural diversity and resilience. Growing up in a large family, his parents worked multiple jobs to support the family. Despite financial challenges, they instilled in Duvon the values of hard work and education. Duvon’s journey into entrepreneurship began at just 11 years old when he operated a carwash business, learning the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. These qualities have guided his approach in his extensive career in the security sector, which in turn, has allowed him to provide top-notch protection services for the Port of Oakland. Through his advocacy and mentorship, Duvon has made significant contributions to the Oakland community. He continues to inspire others with his dedication to security, social justice, and the belief that change starts at the grassroots level. He is a husband and father of two and strives to be a positive role model, emphasizing the importance of education, self-respect, and community involvement.
